All of our solutions include ongoing managed support. We do not expect our customers to know how to change kernel settings, utilize software firewalls, configure e-mail addresses, or any task associated with administering a server. That’s our job.
Some UV Hosting customers have multiple database, e-mail, and web servers. These work together with hardware-based load-balancers in a clustered high-availability environment. We have extensive knowledge in implementing these types of solutions.
Other UV Hosting customers have one server. Their one server meets their performance needs and falls within their acceptable downtime risk level. We have extensive knowledge in single-server setups also.
